You are not meant to do this alone.

A free monthly in-person gathering for entrepreneurs navigating the hard seasons of business and life.

There are plenty of networking events for business owners. Plenty of places to exchange business cards, pitch your services and talk about growth strategies.

This is not that.

The Steady Collective is a monthly in-person gathering for entrepreneurs who want to take the mask off. Who are tired of performing and pretending they are fine. Who need a room full of people who actually understand what it costs to keep showing up — for clients, for team, for family — when you are personally running on empty.

No pitching. No agenda. No pressure to have it together.

Just honest conversation in a space where being real is not only allowed — it is the whole point.

This gathering is for you if...

✓ You own a business and you are going through something hard — a separation, a divorce, grief, caregiving, a health challenge, an identity shift, or any other season that is making the business feel heavier than it used to

✓ You are showing up for everyone else and quietly wondering who is showing up for you

✓ You are tired of entrepreneurship feeling lonely — of carrying challenges your family and friends don't fully understand

✓ You want connection with people who get it. Not advice, not networking, not a sales pitch. Just real people in a real room having an honest conversation

✓ You need a place to put the mask down for an hour and a half without consequence

✓ You believe that being seen — really seen — by people who understand your life is part of what makes the business survivable

The Steady Collective is primarily built for women entrepreneurs — but the door is open to anyone who owns a business and needs the kind of honest, non-performative support this gathering provides. There is no industry requirement. No revenue threshold. No stage of business that is more or less welcome. You just need to own a business and be ready to show up honestly.

What actually happens when you walk through the door.

Every Steady Collective gathering is a little different — because the people in the room are different every time. But a few things are always true.

You will be welcomed without having to explain yourself. You will not be asked to pitch your business, describe your revenue or present a polished version of where you are. You will be in a room with other business owners who are carrying real things — and who are willing to say so out loud.

Each gathering includes a short grounding opener, a guided conversation around a theme relevant to entrepreneurs navigating heavy seasons, and open space for honest sharing, questions and connection. There is no performance. There is no wrong answer. There is no version of showing up that is too messy or too raw for this room.

We talk about the real stuff. Capacity. Boundaries. Grief. Overwhelm. The decisions that feel impossible. The days you almost quit. The small wins that felt enormous because of everything else you were carrying when they happened.

You will leave feeling less alone. That is the whole point.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is not a networking event. There is no business card exchange, no elevator pitch round and no expectation that you will promote your services to other attendees. If connections and collaborations happen organically — wonderful. But that is never the goal. The goal is honest human connection between people who understand this life.

WHAT TO BRING

Just yourself. Honestly — that is it.

You do not need to prepare anything, research anything or have your business story polished.

Come as you are.

Bring a pen if you like to take notes.

Bring a friend if you know someone who needs this as much as you do.

Why I created The Steady Collective.

When my own relationship ended I kept going — because that is what entrepreneurs do. We show up. We deliver. We keep the business running even when everything else is on fire.

But I did it completely alone. Not because nobody cared — but because there was no space specifically designed for what I was carrying. The grief and the revenue pressure at the same time. The lawyer appointments and the client calls back to back. The exhaustion of performing fine when I was anything but.

I needed a room. Not a networking room. Not a therapy group. A room full of entrepreneurs who understood both sides — the business and the human going through something hard — where I could put the mask down for an hour without consequence.

That room did not exist. So I built it.

The Steady Collective is that room. Every month. In person. Free.

Because no one teaches you how to run a business when your life is falling apart. But being in a room with people who are figuring it out alongside you? That helps more than almost anything else.

I hope you’ll come. I hope you will bring someone who needs it. And I hope that when you walk out of that room you feel — even just a little — less alone in this.
